Vitamin Water^® is lightly sweetened with crytalline fructose and comes in a wide variety of flavors.

Vitamin Water^® is marketed so that each flavor also contains different vitamins, depending on the issue you are trying to address.

Examples of different types are: defense, endurance, multi, revive, focus, essential, power, energy, relaxed and so on. You get the idea.

Some people like flavoring in their water and will drink more because of it. Our preference overall would be for one of our 3 recommended waters and a high quality multivitamin pack. If, however, you do not have access to your regular multivitamins, feel that you need an extra boost of particular vitmamins or are looking for flavored water on the go, then Vitamin Water^® might be for you.

Vitamin Water^® contains a variety of ingredients depending on the particular flavor you choose. All of them are sweetened with crystalline fructose and are infused with electrolytes. Vitamin Water^® is intended for use primarily as rehydration for sports and other physical activities.

It is made and distributed by Glacéau, an independent subsidiary of Coca-Cola.
